- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Three is about right for Hawker medical Its not bad but it could be a lot better (and once was) I assume the fiasco of Paterson Kwan leaving aroud 2 years ago took its toll and shredded newer younger patients (i use to see lots of young people in wait rooms but theyre rarer now) Several very good younger doctors also left the practice to go elsewhere All round it became a very miserable place to be Its improved, it can still be difficult to see a certain doctor but just go with one of the alternatives If you get a grumpy bitter hostile doctor just try another dont go back to a bad doctor and don5 be afraid to tell the receptionist you dont want to see this or that doctor The reality is, finding a decent doctor in canberra these days is like finding a needle in a haystack Good luckACT LocalMay 29, 2017
